Spiritdancer has been studying the art form of Dance for over 30 years. She prays and worships the Creator of all that is good this way and respects all forms of Dance, considering Bellydance to be the height of the art form. In addition to Bellydance, including Ancient Egyptian Royal Pyramid Bellydance as well as the African/Haitian/& Caribbean diaspora (predominantly Banda, Congolese, Mana Gerreh, Mapouka and Coupe Decale styles). Spiritdancer has studied and practiced other forms of Dance, such as Classical Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Contemporary, K.R.U.M.P., Breaking, Hip-Hop, Drill, Tap Percussion, West African, Native American Tribal, Ballet Folklorico, Hula, Tarantella, Tribal and World dances of many cultures.
Although Spiritdancer had first been heavily influenced by a particular style of contemporary callinetic muscle control, she has also studied and enjoyed various other styles of Bellydance, and whose focus is Raqs Sharqi. Spiritdancer's most current courses of continual Sacred study are in the genres of Egyptian, American Cabaret, Fusion, ATS and ITS Bellydance training, Classical Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, and Polynesian Dance.
The Divine gift of her own unique form of SPIRITDANZER Fusion Bellydance, is testament to this diverse dance background. Spiritdancer continues to study and enhance her knowledge of the art form. Her innate talent and the training of her talented mentors have given her a great mode of employ concerning Dance, Music and Art in general.
Witness to this are the exceptional performances Spiritdancer provides. They awaken the soul and really are not to be missed. She seeks to move the emotions in a life-changing way. A true professional performing artist, Spiritdancer is a California Arts Scholar Medal Awardee. She began performing professionally in 1992, as a Fusion Bellydancer and a professional dancer of the western, African, Caribbean and world dance community.
Spiritdancer serves the community as a philanthropist, professional Fusion Bellydancer, Fusion dancer, choreographer, promoter, vocalist, certified dance art instructor and teacher of martial arts and other fine visual and performing arts etc..., in and around the Sacramento area as well as nationally. Spiritdancer is certified with the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission, and also teaches workshops when requested.
Spiritdancer is the Artistic Director of SPIRITDANZER Fusion Bellydance! Spiritdancer's method is a form of dance that is unique to its own. Fusing different forms of Bellydance, different forms of zilling and percussion, Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, and others Spiritdancer creates a free form of dance and movement for all. SPIRITDANZER has a great focus on Spirituality, Healing, and Art/Expression! Spirit dancing is a way of being.

Being Native American from a mixed ethnic background, Spiritdancer thrives on the Bellydance community’s culture of diversity and acceptance, as well as the dance and arts community as a whole. Being a very diverse person herself, and raised by the world and performing arts community, the dance and arts community is the culture she is most familiar with.
